For use with most video cameras with a LANC connector. One easy access button allows you to toggle between recording and standby. By holding down the switch for 3 seconds, you can turn off the power at any time. Holding down again for one second will turn your camera back on. The multi-color light indicator tells you when you are in standby (blue), recording (red), and even when you have a low battery or are near the end of your tape(purple)! A blinking red light indicates the camera is in Player or Photo mode. With this amazing little switch you can eliminate worry about your camera status.
